These terms govern your use of Orson. By forwarding email to an Orson address or claiming an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Orson converts newsletters you forward into audio and delivers them as a private podcast feed you can play in any podcast app. Features, limits, and pricing may change as the service evolves.
Acceptable use
You may only forward personal newsletters and email you are entitled to forward. You agree not to use Orson to process content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or that you have no right to share, and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the service (for example, by overloading it, probing it for vulnerabilities, or circumventing usage limits).
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Your personal feed and address are for your own use.
No warranty
Orson is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Audio is machine-generated and may contain inaccuracies.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orson and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Orson and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we must do so to protect the service or comply with the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
